Excellent quality product. Stevia is still the healthiest alternative to sugar, despite some concerns about progesterone. Truth is, as long as you consume less than 4mg/kg of body weight(still more than it takes for anyone), your hormones won't be affected. The raw herb, however, is a bit hard on kidneys and has an unpleasant taste, so a good quality extract such as this one is the way to go :)
