This is good. I would have given 5 stars but the listing does not include what grade matcha tea this is. I was under the impression in my ignorance that it was the bright green, grade A matcha. It is more like a grade B or C. I should have known better because it was such a good deal but I was just so excited to find organic matcha at this price I went and bought it without thinking. It is kinda of bitter, but it would be good in a smoothie or something.

Definitely not ceremonial grade, and not bright green. The flavor is thus very similar to if this was adult green tea leaves, (not the young, bright, sweet green leaves that are associated with the term Matcha). But good overall value, for sure. I don't love it as a standalone drink, like I normally would use this for. But this would be great for confections, or tea powder/smoothie blends.
