Fine and easy dissolve
Our bodies need calcium supply daily, or it’s will take from our bones, teeth, hair and skin. I taking different forms of calcium all the time, and Gluconate form is very good. I taking small scoop couple times daily, i know this supplement long time, and this particular brand is my fav! I like more in powder form, as we take so many capsules in generals. It is acceptable but not great. My normal supplier was out. This product is for making the Cal-Mag drink formula, at least that is what I use it for. When mixed with Magnesium Carbonate, this produces a drink that is extremely chalky and very unpalatable.
