Product is packaged well with all the pertinent information. BUT I paid for one day shipping and the packaged came three days later. Not good.

B6 for sleeping

Vitamin B6 for High Oxalate Healing

Vitamin B6 is supported to help with high oxalates by helping heal the gut. Have taken the B6 for the last 3 mornings and it appears to be helping with energy and brain fog. Methylate

This is a good product and it mixes well. Most people do not see the full benefit of B6 because of improper methylation resulting in poor absorption. Make sure to take adequate amounts of B12 daily with folic acid.
