What is Glucomannan?
Glucomannan is the root of the Glucomannan plant, also known as Elephant Yam, Devil's Tongue, Snake Palm, Konjac, and Voodoo Lily, that is native to the tropical regions of China. Glucomannan can now be found commonly throughout Asia and is used to make Shirataki noodles in Japan.
Glucomannan is a soluble fiber that supports the digestive system. It may help maintain healthy body weight and cholesterol levels in already healthy individuals when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet & exercise. Glucomannan also helps support heart & cardiovascular health.
