I high dose this in OO capsules 2-3 times a day. Makes me feel good.

This pure form does not work as well as the capsules I bought from a different company. It is also bad tasting and does not dissolve in water. Hard to bring with you to use 30 min. before a meal. Doesn't seem to have any effect on my blood sugar. The capsules I was taking worked much better.

WHY MY DAILY PROTEIN DRINK: 75 grams of protein. I had bariatric surgery 17 years ago and must survive on supplements and not food food because 80% of my small intestines were surgically removed. I'd never do that surgery again! It creates too many life-long issues unless close attention is paid to what I put in my body. And, I'm most careful and actually studying to become a Nutritional Therapist. Yet, my hair falling out showed I was deficient in some areas.
