A Weight lifting commitment is not exactly cheap if you want to do it right, especially if you want to set up your own home gym, equipment, maybe some accessories, high-quality nutritional food, and supplements. Besides Creatine and whey, I didn’t, and don’t want to spend an average of $40/mo on BCAA’s, ect.. so I started researching the ingredients, found this site and thought to myself, hey, why don’t you just make your own? It may be expensive buying all the ingredients, but cheaper in the long-run, and I can measure everything correctly and know the exact dosage. So, with leucine, isoleucine, valine and a couple other ingredients, I make my own pre workout. I really like the size options, delivery was fast and I am very pleased. I’ll continue to do business and start making my own EAA’s soon.
