Been using this for quite awhile and found it does help. Good for muscle strength with workouts as well as joint health and overall physical strength. Overall I've noticed many positive results. It's one of those supplements that yields very noticeable results. And it's less expensive from BulkSupplements.com compared to other products like Vital Proteins.

So far, so good. I have only had it about 3 days so can't see/feel any results yet. The product itself is very powdery. I tried dissolving it in water, but it sticks to the glass slightly and tends to clump up. I am now just using a teaspoon to take it ******. The taste and texture take a little getting used to, but are ok at this point.
