Very good, whisked it into skim milk and tasted fine. I need a bit more time to give a full health impact assessment, but so far, so good!

I'm happy that the amount of protein is 26g for a 14 cup serving so I'm getting more protein in a lesser amount of powder than traditional whey concentrate. However is doesn't break down as good as traditional whey and there is some chunks left after shaking thoroughly.

I bought this to supplement the brand I use for after workouts. I have a really hard time getting my protein counts and I have also had gastric surgery so my plumbing is off. So I have used this to add it to my overnight oats and coffee. So far so good!
