I read about this supplement for the first time here: https://examinedexistence.com/4-most-euphoric-nootropics/ I also went on YouTube and put in Phenyl Ethylamine and watched several videos before I bought this product. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND putting this supplement in capsules (saw this suggestion on a YouTube video) because it does not taste good AT ALL. It works! and the effect does not last long. I currently make my own dark chocolate at home using organic Cocoa. (NOTE: cocoa is important to prolong to euphoric effect as it is a natural MAOI inhibitor). Other inhibitors that I have read about are Yohimbe and ****-**** ( I haven't tried the **** **** or Yohimbe yet, but I will be doing that as well). I take this before running and working out and it really helps me focus and calms me down. It stills my mind and I feel an overall sense of well-being. I was told not to take more than 500mg (1/2 teaspoon) at a time because it can cause headaches. I only take 500mg 2x/day. Since this is non-addictive, you can take it sparingly and use it when you want that extra bit of focus or calm.

Good, but the new item doesn't seem as high quality(IMO) as the last lot from 2019-2020, the smell of the product is totally different, another chemical was use either used to extract/make or cover the smell. I think it should go back to the normal variety of just b-PEA HCL or beta-PEA (pure, non-HCL). Also the shipping import fees/taxes is more expensive than the product, so I am forced not to be able to purchase it anymore at that cost. :(
