I'm a drug free bodybuilder and for various reasons my workouts tend to be over two hours long. I take the recommended dose of three MCT oil capsules about halfway through a workout and they give me the energy I need to finish as strong as I start. I prefer capsules to trying to mix liquid oil. I take it as a pre-preworkout, with coffee while I’m still at work about an hour before the gym. The combination along with a protein/slow digesting carb drink when I finish work gives me nice energy. Can feel the difference if I forget to to take the MCT softgels. As far as fat loss goes, I have abs again after 20 years and am keeping them as I add carbs in an effort for a lean bulk.

Mct oil has always been a fan of mine. I actually like the pill form better than the liquid. I am glad bulk supplements are here for us. I have a prescription for vitamins from my doctor, the vitamin e is a generic form. So I started taking bulk supplements vitamin e instead.
