00 Capsule machine

I really like BS products! Been using them for some time with much success. The capsule machine was very confusing. The capsules are sized differently than the machine! So just call and ask what goes with what. I ordered, after looking and pondering over which size goes with what machine for some time. I picked the wrong one. It wasn't worth sending back. So, I ordered some more capsules that will fit and just hand fill the ones that don't. I was frustrated though that it wasn't more clear. I suggest, if you are not familiar with capsules and the machine, call customer service to get the right one and save yourself the disappointment.
