What Is Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate?

Whey is a substance produced during cheese production. It is the liquid content that remains after the milk has curdled and coagulated. Whey can be processed and isolated into three different types of protein: whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and whey protein hydrolysate. This particular form of whey isolate is hydrolyzed, meaning that proteins are broken into small segments to promote rapid and easy digestion. Because of this, amino acid delivery into the bloodstream can be much faster than in typical whey protein.

Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate Benefits

Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate powder is a rich source of protein that may support muscle growth and aid in the recovery of exhausted muscles after anaerobic exercise. This protein powder is also a rich source of leucine and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), essential amino acids that are largely found in muscle tissues and used primarily in the production of proteins.

Gotta restock

A great product; y’all are just out of the larger sizes, which is kind of inconvenient. Overall very pleased though.

Product seems good

I feel this product is good and pretty much fills the niche I need, yet it is not available in the bulk weight of 1kg or 5kg which disappointing. I'm ideally looking for 1kg.

Pre-purchase information

So I have some of comments about ordering from Bulk Supplements: 1) I have only the best to say about the products themselves. High quality, no complaints. 2) The problem is knowing that what I am ordering is exactly what I am expecting. I ordered Potassium Bicarbonate Pure "Powder"; it was not a powder, it was a fine granular crystal. There is a big difference; the individual particles in a powder are not (easily) discernible. Granular or crystalline is otherwise. 3) I ordered "Whey Protein Isolate", I could not readily discern that the product also contained Lecithin which yielded it unusable for my application; a great product at a great price, just not what I thought I was ordering. 4) I have ordered several "pure" vitamin powders that were not pure, they were extended with starch and/or other "fillers". I understand why this is done, but not what I thought I was ordering. Again, I have no complaints on the products, or quality, or pricing, just more than once I did not receive what I thought I was ordering. One word of advice: ALWAYS look closely at the ingredients portion of the label (if available), the name on the front may not be telling you the whole story. KC

Best for Bypass

This has been a life saver getting my protein in after bypass surgery. I am 2 years out and the only protein I've found any better was GenePro but it's ridiculously expensive for the amount I have to take.
