Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate Bioavailability
This powder is both odorless and colorless. It has a salt-like texture and is absorbed very quickly by the body. It is meant to be mixed with citrus juice or water, and the more glucose it is taken with, the better, and this allows the functions of creatine to be maximized in effectiveness.
This powder must mixed shortly before exercise, because it separates from the liquid quickly. The best strategy to make sure this does not happen is to leave the powder at the bottom of a water bottle, then fill the bottle and mix right before exercise. Even when taking creatine with a drink it is important to continually consume water while taking it to keep muscle tissue hydrated and preserve its elasticity and increase size as well.
