didnt receive

I did order pine bark extract but didn't receive the package the currier says the package didn't have full address on it so they return it to the sender as you know when placing order should fill out the full address in two spaces order form and credit card info otherwise the order doesn't go through so I did fill out the full address but someone in your warehouse fail to print the full address on the package label now I claim a refund your company replied that it will take 6 months to get the package back and if the cost of the returned shipping more then the value of the order I will get no refund this is my experience with your company as first time buyer from you now you ask me what do I think about it. this is how you treat your customer and every day I receive email advertising other product .what will you do if you were me would you buy again from such company or recommend it to your friends let me know
