I've used both products and now you can get them both as a combo! They are both unflavored so you can mix it however you like! I recommend it in a shake or smoothie because when I throw it in a shaker bottle with just water it tends to leave a residue since they are pure ingredients. I've definitely noticed more definition in my arms and less soreness in my legs. Thanks

Untested, However!

I will be using both products for the first time tomorrow and will review again in a few days.. However, when. I opened both supplement bags to get ready for tomorrows workout, neither bag, would reseal. The zip lock strips will not seal the bags. Disappointing to say the least!
