Vitamin E (400 IU) Softgels
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant known for being extremely effective at protecting healthy cells from sustaining damage from free radicals. Contrary to popular belief, Vitamin E is not a single agent, but a name given to a variety of different compounds belonging to the family of Tocopherols and Tocotrienols. Each of these compounds has its own job and its own level of importance in the body. In fact, the Vitamin E comes in eight different forms that have their own importance in the body's biological processes.
Alpha-Tocopherol is the most effective of these forms in terms of its tendency and ability to be absorbed by the body. It is located throughout the human blood stream and is known for being both the most active type of Vitamin E in the body and also the only naturally occurring kind of Alpha-Tocopherol.
Vitamin E can also be found in many different skin creams because it is known for promoting skin health and elasticity.
