Also, do you research on this stuff before you buy, if you don't know what a xanthine is then I would look at wikipedia before buying. But if you are an informed consumer then this stuff can really make you a self-starter. *

i use product for pre-workout among other supplements. it also increases blood flow and lasting effect. you can stack with caffeine for lasting longer effect.Because both caffeine and theobromine work as stimulants in your central nervous system, ingesting them both at the same time may heighten their effects. You may become more alert and awake than if you only consumed one or the other.*

I add this to a nootropic stack, I have found it to be a much more useful and productive stack with Theobromine. Would recommend trying for ones self, if curious. Comes from the cacao plant and can be found in chocolate. Mmmm Chocolate :D*

I first tried about 75mg of this supplement while fasting and the effect was immediate and drastic in added clarity but with some jitteriness. It was probably not a great idea to first try this while fasting. Nonetheless, with 200mg non-fasting, I felt a moderate stimulatory effect that lasted about 5 hours before fading to background. I will be using this for the early-afternoon energy slump and potentially as part of my pre-workout routine. This is a chemical cousin of caffeine, so if you're already a coffee addict its effect may be less apparent. *
