Magnesium D-Aspartate Powder
Magnesium D-Aspartate is a powdered supplement containing approximately 12% magnesium and 70% D-Aspartic Acid (DAA). The combined benefits of both mineral and amino acid makes this a popular supplement among men and athletes.

SIDE EFFECTS OF MAGNESIUM D-ASPARTATE
As long as suggested serving size is adhered to, no side effects should be suffered. It is important to note, however, that this product is not intended for use by men under 21 years of age or for women. Always talk to a physician before beginning a course of this supplement. In addition, consumption of this supplement may result in a failed drug test. Use with caution.
Toxicity with magnesium supplements is indeed quite rare because the excess is usually expelled very quickly by the kidneys through urination. However, more than the recommended dose of magnesium may result in diarrhea. Also, if taking too much magnesium, this can result in the same side effects that might have taken place if suffering from magnesium deficiency. These include diarrhea, loss of appetite, and weakness of muscles, low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, respiratory issues, and nausea. Those who have experienced kidney problems in the past and those who are taking supplements or other products which already have high magnesium content should speak with a medical professional before taking this supplement.
