L-Theanine is an amino acid that is naturally found in green tea, which is a rich source of polyphenols that have antioxidant properties and promote overall health.
Since green tea in the U.S. generally contains less than 10mg Theanine, very few people actually see its effects in action. This makes concentrated supplementation beneficial. If taken in higher doses, Theanine may create feelings of drowsiness and deeper sleep.

I have only been taking L-theanine from Bulk Supplements for a couple week now but it work great. I have tried other brand that use cheap fillers than make their product ineffective but not this stuff. I drink more energy drinks than I know I should at work and sometimes all the caffeine gets me agitated but capsule of this stuff clams. I will be ordering more of this stuff. *

I am not overly hyper but I do have a high stress career and feel like my mind goes in a million different directions at times. This supplement has taken that anxious feeling down several notches. I just started taking it so I hope to feel more benefits in time.*

L Theanine is great for anxiety, focus and sleep. It's a really excellent supplement and after looking high and low for a less expensive option I found this one. By far the best bang for your buck and well worth it. *

This is love at first dose. I probably took a bit much with this one but I will continue to take higher doses. I take 1000mg in the morning and sometimes the same during the evening. I feel more calm and centered. My breathing is also great as i breath from the pit of the stomach. This theanine is very zen-like. *

Theanine is great for stress reduction and general relaxation. Its an excellent combination with caffeine in a 2:1 theanine:caffeine ratio. The only thing I would like to see is perhaps offering this product in a smaller dosage size. Each capsule is 500mg, so perhaps 200-300mg capsules would be nice.*
