L-Cysteine HCL is an amino acid with added HCL. Cysteine is known for maintaining good health of hair, nails and skin and overall wellness.
L-Cysteine is conditionally essential. This means that the body generally produces enough on its own; however, during exercise, much of it can be depleted. This may require supplementation.

CONCENTRATION OF L-CYSTEINE HCL MONOHYDRATE
While this supplement has no fillers of any kind, it does have a water molecule attached to it.
Due to the sulfuric content of L-Cysteine, this product has a somewhat strong odor. This is normal and is an indicator of its potency.
L-CYSTEINE HCL MONOHYDRATE SIDE EFFECTS
As long as suggested serving sizes are adhered to, this supplement is considered safe for consumption. However, taking too much may cause stress and DNA damage. Those diagnosed with Cystinuria should not take this supplement due to risk of gallstones developing. Drink plenty of water when taking this supplement.
This supplement is easily dissolved in warmer water. It has a bit of a sour taste to it. It may be more effective if taken in conjunction with Vitamin C, E, B6, Selenium and Calcium. It should be stored in an area free from light, heat and moisture.
Bought this to complete a dr. Clark wipe up parasite cleanse and its effective. It's a bit hard to handle.. It's not easy to make capsules as it is sensitive to moisture and gets sticky quick. But it's doable. And it works!*

This is the second time in 2 weeks i reviewed this- I do not see that it was listed so I am doing this again.
L-Cysteine HCL Monohydrate is the best additive for a preworkout drink. It give a bit more energy and it helps with the other amino acids i add to my pre and post workout drink
I take 2-3 grams 2 x a day. Once in the morning before i treadmill and once in the afternoon before workout.
The quality and price are outstanding.
