Customer Reviews

So far I have been taking Inositol for about 10 days. I have noticed a decrease in stress levels and I've slept deeper than normal. However, I did not want to try it for those reasons. I take Creatine (also from and Inositol is supposed to aid in the absorption of the Creatine. Thus, increasing strength. Unfortunately I injured my shoulder and have not been to the gym since taking Inositol. Once I get back into the gym, I will write another review.*
