Flush-Free Niacin (Inositol Nicotinate) Powder
Recognized as having the benefits of niacin without the body flush and redness, inositol nicotinate is a supplement blend of vitamins B3 and B8. Combining inositol with nicotinic acid (niacin) can increase its effects.
The "niacin flush" can have various side effects that go along with it such as tingling sensations, patches of warm red skin, sweating, increased hear rate, chills, dizziness, feeling out of breath, and even fainting. Taking inositol nicotinate is often preferable to doing a normal niacin flush because it allows this same dilation to occur without any of the negative side effects that go along with it.
