There are no fillers of any kind present in this concentration.
GREEN TEA P.E. 50% EGCG SIDE EFFECTS
As long as suggested serving sizes are adhered to, Green Tea Extract should be entirely safe to consume. For those that choose to take more than the recommended dose, the excess caffeine could result in insomnia or alertness. Taking EGCG in large amounts over a long period of time has the potential to damage the liver or cause damage to the kidneys.
Those who are pregnant or expecting to become pregnant should avoid taking excess EGCG. as this can cause defects in the child. Anyone that has a serious medical condition of any kind should speak with a doctor before taking this supplement.
Epigallocatechin gallate is a very well researched compound for increasing the rate of fat loss. These capsules are formulated for 250mg of EGCG, which is a great amount that isn't so high that it risks liver damage. High doses of EGCG are documented to cause liver damage, so don't be downing a bunch of capsules with the idea of speeding things along. These capsules are just right.
I've been taking one a day for a week now and while it's too soon to really give a definitive evaluation, I do feel like this is helping to speed up my fat loss on my keto diet. I transitioned through the "keto flu" very quickly and my workouts are quickly improving despite almost no carbs.
It's $15 for a 3 1/3 month supply, on one pill a day. Give it a try. Lots of strong research in humans that it works.*

I've been very happy with Bulk Supplements and recently decided to try Green Tea Extract. GTE is an effective fat-burner via catechins and caffeine. The goal is to rev up your production of noradrenaline.
The fat-burning potential of 500 milligramsof ECGC—the most active catechin—is equivalent to 4-5 cups of strongly brewed tea. Green tea's fat-burning efficacy relies on the user not being heavily resistant to caffeine. *

I got this to try in exchange for a review. I got the vegetarian capsules. I've been taking it twice daily for two weeks. I haven't noticed a major energy surge, but I'm not particularly sensitive to caffeine. Seems to be a quality product, an easy way to get the benefits of green tea without drinking a ton of it.*
