This supplement contains only Galla Chinensis with a tannic acid purity of 82%. There are no binders or fillers of any kind. The taste is described as slightly astringent.
GALLA CHINENSIS SIDE EFFECTS
Provided that daily recommendations are adhered to, this supplement is considered safe to take by healthy adults. However, because gallic acid may affect the absorption of food, overdose may cause upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhea. Should this occur, reduce dosage or discontinue use.
