This supplement is highly soluble and low in fat. It contains no fillers or additives of any kind.
EGG WHITE PROTEIN SIDE EFFECTS
Egg White Protein has no reported serious side effects when used correctly. Taking this supplement beyond its recommended dose, however, can cause headache, nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhea, fatigue and reduced appetite. These symptoms might also be caused by an egg allergy. If issues persist even after dosage is lowered, discontinue use and consult a trusted physician.
I've used this twice so far and I'm very satisfied with it. The egg white protein is a very light and fluffy powder that's pretty much tasteless and mixes well. Egg has always been one of my favorites for building muscle. For post-workout I will mix at least 20 grams of Whey isolate and 20 grams of Egg protein. The best muscle building combo there is in my opinion. I will be ordering more.*

Great protein powder! I have been using whey protein in the past, and it didn't do so much for my digestion. However this protein gives me zero problems and is very filling! I am not hungry right away like the other protein shakes.*

For some reason, I hesitated in ordering this product. Powdered egg whites reminded me of icing for cookies and cakes. But I used this to make a protein smoothie this morning and I was pleasantly surprised that it mixed so well and had no taste or after taste. I will order in larger quantity next time. Kudos!*
