Egg White Paleo Protein Powder

Key Features

  • Complete source of protein
  • Large amino acid profile
  • Lactose-free
  • Taste

Egg White Protein is a lactose-free alternative to dairy-based proteins such as whey or casein. It digests slower than whey and faster than casein, promoting a steady muscle protein synthesis. Because it contains all 10 essential amino acids, it is classified as a "complete" protein.

The generally recommended serving size of Egg White Protein is 30 grams daily. However, the dosage can vary depending on the person's build and body weight, rate of metabolism and size.

Customer Reviews

Purity is everything
Buying protein mixes guarantees useless fillers. This egg white protein doesn't have fillers. I add whatever else I want to it, and I know I'm getting pure product from Bulk Supplements, so my shakes are exactly as I make them.*

Great price on this product!
I spend a lot of time shopping for quality and price of products on the internet. It's amazing how much some manufacturers want to charge for egg white powder. One particular body builder that I follow came out with his own egg white product and it costs $54.99 for 30 servings! How truly ridiculous! And apparently you only get 20 grams of protein per serving. What a marketing hype!

So that's why I chose For $25.96 + a discount code, I get 33 servings equaling out to 25 grams of high quality egg white powder. *

Surprisingly not bad!
I bought this to add to my own version of a ph balancer/alkalizer. It gave it a bit of a thicker texture, a little foamy, but made the spirulina and baking soda easier to drink. It took away the "green" taste and the saltiness of the baking soda. This is only my second serving of it and since this makes my concoction easier to drink, I'll be more willing to drink it daily like I should be. No issues with digestion or any other side affects. It's great that it has no added fillers or other junk to it to make it a more healthier and pure product. No worries about what else you might be putting into your body.*

Great Alternative.
I find this product to be a great alternative to whey protein. Many people suffer from some lactose intolerance and this egg white protein provides all the essential amino acids to make it a complete protein source. Great idea to buy it in bulk.*

No added ingredients
I was looking for a protein powder without all the artificial garbage. I recently purchased 5K of the egg whites and I wasn't disappointed. I thought it would be hard to drink a protein powder without all that sugar added for taste but this went down smooth.*

Lactose free protein
I bought the egg white protein powder because a lot of protein powders have lactose in them which I can't eat due to a digestive intolerance. This powder mixed by itself with almond milk tastes like drinking eggs. I added some vanilla flavoring which help the taste. I wish it kept me filling fuller longer, but it keeps me sustained for almost 2 hours. *

A good neutral protein
I decided to go with an egg white protein after using plant based proteins for years and having very poor recovery time (due to the lack of BCAAs in the plant formulas). I considered buying Healthy n Fit 100% egg protein, but even buying their 2# jar, it costs $1.74 per serving compared to this product, at the 1kg bag price, which costs .78 per serving. That's still not as cheap as using whey, but for someone who can't eat dairy or gluten, it's more affordable than the tons of other options I've priced out.

So far I have only tried it with cashew milk, and it dissolved very well. It didn't even add any thickness, so it basically felt like just drinking a glass of milk. There was a faint eggy taste, but not much. This is a very neutral tasting protein - not sweet, bitter, salty, etc. I think that the flavor would disappear entirely in a fruit smoothie, or you could play up the egg taste by making a vanilla custard tasting shake.*

Good Mouth Feel!
Back in the late 80s I went on a program called Optifast. I was so impressed with the shakes we were given to have five times a day without any other food. They were tasty and had great mouth feel, even though they were mixed only with water or soda. I looked at the ingredients list hard and long to figure out what they had in the powdered supplements that made them have such a nice, thick mouth feel. Finally decided it had to be the egg white protein powder. We are drinking smoothies and shakes again, and when given the chance to choose something to try, I chose this. I'm pleased to say that adding a tablespoon of the product into a regular protein powdered shake did just what I wanted it to. It gave it a thicker texture, without having to add the calories of milk. That may not be the reason you are interested in this product, but I thought I'd share my experience.*

A good alternative
I use half of the serving size and mix it with my whey standard protein. It makes for great milkshakes! Although I can't stand how it get bubbly, but theres probably nothing to fix that. Just mix with other ingredients and it makes a great cheap cost-efficient protein powder!*

Egg Protein Powder
Seems excellent so far. No taste, feels good in the tummy and doesn't make me itch. I believe I have a mild whey protein allergy and the egg protein seems to be better for me.*

Does not mix with water
Do not mix with water at all costs!!!. It bubbles up uncontrollably and almost tastes like soap. Mix this with just about anything but water and you will be fine. Also order in larger sizes, as I have found I have difficulty sealing the smaller bags. The zippers on the large bags work fine.*

This is a better protein
I was so happy when I say this egg white protein powder on the website. I like this protein much better. Great because it is free of soy and free of sodium.. and when I mix it with my vitamins it mixes perfectly.*

Great Egg Protein
I've used this twice so far and I'm very satisfied with it. The egg white protein is a very light and fluffy powder that's pretty much tasteless and mixes well. Egg has always been one of my favorites for building muscle. For post-workout I will mix at least 20 grams of Whey isolate and 20 grams of Egg protein. The best muscle building combo there is in my opinion. I will be ordering more.*

Five Stars
Great protein powder! I have been using whey protein in the past, and it didn't do so much for my digestion. However this protein gives me zero problems and is very filling! I am not hungry right away like the other protein shakes.*

Pleasantly surprised!
For some reason, I hesitated in ordering this product. Powdered egg whites reminded me of icing for cookies and cakes. But I used this to make a protein smoothie this morning and I was pleasantly surprised that it mixed so well and had no taste or after taste. I will order in larger quantity next time. Kudos!*
