Egg White Paleo Protein Powder
Egg White Protein is a lactose-free alternative to dairy-based proteins such as whey or casein. It digests slower than whey and faster than casein, promoting a steady muscle protein synthesis. Because it contains all 10 essential amino acids, it is classified as a "complete" protein.
Egg White Protein offers the concentrated benefits of consuming eggs without the added fat and calorie content.
Serving Size & Timing
The generally recommended serving size of Egg White Protein is 30 grams daily. However, the dosage can vary depending on the person's build and body weight, rate of metabolism and size.

Back in the late 80s I went on a program called Optifast. I was so impressed with the shakes we were given to have five times a day without any other food. They were tasty and had great mouth feel, even though they were mixed only with water or soda. I looked at the ingredients list hard and long to figure out what they had in the powdered supplements that made them have such a nice, thick mouth feel. Finally decided it had to be the egg white protein powder. We are drinking smoothies and shakes again, and when given the chance to choose something to try, I chose this. I'm pleased to say that adding a tablespoon of the product into a regular protein powdered shake did just what I wanted it to. It gave it a thicker texture, without having to add the calories of milk. That may not be the reason you are interested in this product, but I thought I'd share my experience.*

I use half of the serving size and mix it with my whey standard protein. It makes for great milkshakes! Although I can't stand how it get bubbly, but theres probably nothing to fix that. Just mix with other ingredients and it makes a great cheap cost-efficient protein powder!*

Seems excellent so far. No taste, feels good in the tummy and doesn't make me itch. I believe I have a mild whey protein allergy and the egg protein seems to be better for me.*

Do not mix with water at all costs!!!. It bubbles up uncontrollably and almost tastes like soap. Mix this with just about anything but water and you will be fine. Also order in larger sizes, as I have found I have difficulty sealing the smaller bags. The zippers on the large bags work fine.*

I've used this twice so far and I'm very satisfied with it. The egg white protein is a very light and fluffy powder that's pretty much tasteless and mixes well. Egg has always been one of my favorites for building muscle. For post-workout I will mix at least 20 grams of Whey isolate and 20 grams of Egg protein. The best muscle building combo there is in my opinion. I will be ordering more.*

Great protein powder! I have been using whey protein in the past, and it didn't do so much for my digestion. However this protein gives me zero problems and is very filling! I am not hungry right away like the other protein shakes.*

For some reason, I hesitated in ordering this product. Powdered egg whites reminded me of icing for cookies and cakes. But I used this to make a protein smoothie this morning and I was pleasantly surprised that it mixed so well and had no taste or after taste. I will order in larger quantity next time. Kudos!*
