Creatine Monohydrate powder is taken from the compound Creatine and is naturally produced by the body. Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) is Creatine Monohydrate with an ester attached, which is an organic compound found in fatty tissues.
Creatine has become quite popular in recent years for various sporting and athletic activities for its various benefits.

INGREDIENTS & FURTHER INFORMATION
CONCENTRATION OF CEE
This mixture is completely pure with no extra fillers.
It is normal for CEE to have a slightly clumpy texture. Gently pressing on the powder to break up the particles should resolve this.
CEE SIDE EFFECTS
If suggested serving size is ignored and more than recommended is taken, this may result in such diverse side effects as weight gain, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, diarrhea, kidney issues, rash, vomiting and other gastrointestinal problems. If mild side effects do occur, stop supplementation for 7 days and restart it at a lower dose.
Those taking diabetes medication may wish to avoid this supplement, as there is the potential for dangerous interactions. Those with liver damage, children under the age of 18 and women who are pregnant or nursing are cautioned from taking this supplement without proper discussion with a physician. Caffeine, when taken with Creatine, may also have the effect of increasing the likelihood of negative side effects. Creatine should not be taken with Caffeine under any circumstances. Because of the way it can affect bodily functions, it is recommended that a Creatine course be discussed with a doctor first, no matter what the health condition of the person interested in taking the supplement is.
CEE powder becomes most effective when it is taken with warm water, although Creatine can be taken with just about any non-caffeinated liquid beverage. Though it is water soluble, it need not be dissolved in water beforehand to be effective. Due to the HCL content, the flavor may be somewhat bitter; it might work best being mixed into a tart drink such as lemonade.
I definitely feel I can lift more and can add a few more reps and have more energy during my workout. Stacks well with protein and BCAA's....absolutely no bloating feel at all.*

I bought a kilogram of CEE to use in my own pre-workout mixture.
The base substances are CEE and L-citrulline-2:1-Malic-acid , geared purely towards hypertrophy (pumping).
From what I have researched on this supplement, it is not quite as good as mono-hydrate. That being said mono-hydrate is barely better in terms of results.
I chose this specifically for its absorbance rate. Unlike mono-hydrate this can be used more intermittently and still be effective. People say mono-hydrate doesn't need to be loaded, but in reality it does in order to receive the full effects.
It is extremely important to note that creatine is absolutely useless if your water intake is poor. People who don't see results with this supplement quite often aren't taking in enough water.
In terms of effect: I give it a 5/5
Creatine has always worked well for me, and this is no different.
In terms of flavor: I give it a 2/5
Tastes pretty bad but I can put it down. I mix it like a shot and chug a bunch of water afterwards like a chaser.
Effect if the only thing I care about so it gets a full 5/5 rating.
Effect is the only thing that matters, taste should never be the deterring factor for things like these. *

I have done so much research on different types of Creatine and tried them all (I do high intensity weights and fitness training) - but this one - CEE is pretty special! It's unique - as it is a creatine molecule with an ester attached. Normal creatine molecules (monohydrate) has one positive end and one negative end. This causes less absorption into the body.
However, the ester counteracts the positive and negative charges and allows for almost 99% absorption into the body! This removes the need for a loading phase, and is THE MOST absorbent creatine by far yet!
The only drawback is the bitter taste, but even then, you could mix it in some highly concentrated fruit juice - the physical results are worth the taste!*

This is the most pure and easily absorbed creatine you can buy. I waited a few weeks to give a review as some say it takes time for creatine to build up in the system. I notice increased energy , endurance, and strength. Just what I need to help reach the next level. So glad I tried it and plan to reorder. Thanks for another great product!*

Great results from using this Creatine. I have been able to increase my intensity and duration during my training sessions and I have definitely already felt an increase in my strength. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is the taste. I mix it in my protein smoothies and I can still taste it so I have had to get more creative and incorporate more flavors to mask the awful taste. I also have tried Juices and Gatorade and it still is pretty bad I would suggest mixing the 5 grams you need with as little fluid as possible and just drink it like a shot so you don't have to drink a lot of fluid and then chase it with a flavored juice or sports drink if you don't want to mix it in with your smoothies.*

This is probably the worst tasting supplement I've ever tasted;however, it gave me a large amount of energy during my workout and an excellent pump so I won't complain too much about the taste. It earned its 5 stars!! *

The only reason this gets a 4-star instead of a 5-star rating is due to there being a significant amount of powder clumping within the packet that needs to be crushed down into the intended fine powder form prior to use. Aside from that, this is a great creatine formulation. It packs a bit of a strong flavor, but that's easily masked when blended in with the protein powder flavor of your preference. It works efficiently; I've been able to push extra reps out of my workouts that I wasn't getting through my prior creatine supplements, with very little to no bloating whatsoever. I won't hesitate to recommend this to others.*

I have taken CEE from wholesale companies before, and they cannot compare. I gave this a 4-star rating for a few ratings. I love the product and the results. But with a few supplements, there is a bitter taste. Personally, this isn't a big deal for me, but I know it will turn a few off. Second it came pretty clumpy. I mix my creatine into a supplement that I take a few times a day to ease use. This did take some work to get everything back into a powder. Again this can be expected for most bulk supplements. Again this personally didn't bother me, but for some people, this would be a turn-off.
Shipping was quicker than expected and customer service is always on-point. I will continue ordering from this company and promote to anyone looking for a reputable company.

The quality of the CEE seems very good. The taste isn't really an issue, not fantastic but not repulsive. It mixes up ok, you need to give it a few minutes to dissolve. No bloating! Great strength results!*

Review of the product itself, taste is very bad, but I'm not a taste person. I can take a teaspoon of this, throw it in my mouth, and wash it back with water. For most people, the taste is going to be very bitter/chemically.
For me, CEE is hands down better than creatine monohydrate. I've never noticed anything from creatine mono in the past. Nothing with strength, weight gain, or endurance. Since I started on the CEE about 8 days ago, I'm up a good 5lbs, strength is up, and endurance has improved. I understand the weight gain is intracellular fluid, but if I'm performing better with my workouts, able to train longer, and creating an environment that is going to potentially add some lean body mass, I will take it. *

I have been experimenting with the different forms of creatine and, while all of them do the job, this particular one does not make me bloat. It has a very bitter taste that has to be masked, but no bloating. Very happy.*
