Copper Gluconate Pure Powder
Copper Gluconate is a derivative of both Copper Carbonate and Gluconic Acid. The third-most abundant mineral found in the body, this mineral can be found in a diverse array of sources including liver, other organs, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seafood, particularly oysters. It passes throughout the various areas of the body via a special protein known as ceruloplasmin.
The gluconic acid present in this mixture is not corrosive. It has mild effects and is organically derived from areas like fruit, kombucha, wine, and honey. The taste of it can be a bit sour, but this allows it to act as a great complement to wine, or various fruit juices. It is used in foods to help reduce levels of overall acidity and is used in some low grade cleaning products in order to help dissolve mineral buildup.
Copper works in conjunction with Zinc and Vitamin C in order to form proteins. These both build up and protect various types of tissue and also add to their flexibility and elasticity, not to mention that it is generally useful in the maintenance of healthy skin and bones, joints, and blood vessels.
Copper is a restorative agent that is crucial in helping skin maintain its elasticity and is one of the many active ingredients in most topical creams that can be bought commercially. It is one of the many factors that have an effect on the youthful appearance of the skin.
Copper is potentially toxic when taken in excess. An analytical milligram scale is required to measure this supplement. DO NOT exceed 4 milligrams of elemental copper per day. Not intended for individual use.

COPPER GLUCONATE SIDE EFFECTS
Copper Gluconate can be very dangerous, as elemental copper is extremely toxic when taken in doses that are too large. Failing to follow these guidelines may result in kidney failure, liver damage, coma, or even death. Some milder side effects which may occur as a result of taking in too much copper are nausea, diarrhea, muscle and joint pain, nervousness, irrational anger, depression, and abdominal pain. These types of reactions occur when the body attempts to reject any additional absorption of copper past the necessary amount.
Please keep in mind the potential interactions this supplement may have with other medications, particularly those that have zinc in them (copper can greatly reduce zinc levels in the body). It is best to have a balanced intake of nutrients to insure that the maximum benefits are achieved from both supplement sources and medications.
