Coconut Oil 1000 mg Softgels
Coconut Oil comes from the fruit of the coconut palm. While the oil is high in saturated fats, the medium chain fatty acids are easily digested after consumption. About half of the fat contained in Coconut Oil is lauric acid.
Coconut Oil promotes overall wellness, believed to be beneficial for both brain and heart health. Though perfectly safe to consume, it is always advisable to discuss with a physician.

I take them after breakfast along with the other vitamins and supplements that I take, then again after dinner. My energy level feels high and I don't get the evening munchies as much as I normally did before taking them. Great product and addition to my daily supplement routine.*
