A slightly altered version of linoleic acid, Conjugated Linoleic Acid is an omega-6 fatty acid. This product is the powdered form of CLA.
CLA can primarily be found in dairy- and meat-based products.
Serving Size & Timing
The suggested serving size for CLA is 2000 mg (scant 1 tsp) to be taken up to three times per day, or as directed by a physician. Mix with plenty of water or beverage of choice.

For optimum absorption and bioavailability, this product is standardized to contain 50% starch as a carrier.
CLA SIDE EFFECTS
CLA is typically safe to consume and has little side effects. However, it may slow the blood-clotting process, so those taking bloodthinners or have recently undergone surgery should not take this supplement.
