So far..
I wish I could be a little more thorough with my review, but so far this product seems like a keeper! I've been taking it sporadically, mostly when I feel low on energy. Each time I feel a slight increase in motivation and mood. Once, I did feel energy and a little irritable but I cannot say whether this was due to the supplement or the situation. I will say it is worth a try and to monitor yourself when taking it. Pay attention to the time you took it and how long it took to take effect. Then ask yourself if you're feeling upbeat or irritated. Then reduce the dose if you feel it's too much. I went by the standard recommended dose on the label, and like I said the few times I have tried it, I was satisfied with the results!*
