This product has been shown to operate best in smaller doses, and may act as an appetite suppressant.

Calcium Orotate was recommended by my chiropractor. It was almost impossible for me to find. She said she could no longer buy it, but that it was by far the best form of calcium supplement. From the research I did, I found she was right. I could order it in a capsule form, but the bulk powder is very easy to take. I mix only 1/8 teaspoon twice a day with a magnesium supplement and some lemon juice in hot water. *
