Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) Capsules
Branch Chain Amino Acids, most commonly shortened to BCAA, are made up of the amino acids L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine, respectively. While BCAAs are found in their greatest natural quantities in products such as red meat and many types of dairy, protein supplements synthesized from an egg base or whey are ideal for finding concentrated amounts.
These amino acids are referred to as Branch Chain Amino Acids because they have a chemical structure that separates them from the rest of the amino acid family. In addition, these BCAAs make up 40% of total body protein content and represent around 15 to 25% of total protein intake overall.
Serving Size & Timing
A single serving of BCAA supplement is three capsules, which is to be administered three times a day (more or less, depending on intended effect). The more athletically inclined will usually use more than this, but any deviation from the suggested serving size should be discussed with a health care professional beforehand.
This supplement should be consumed 30 minutes before any exercise or 30 minutes afterwards. Taking it with a meal is generally preferable, as it may help assuage any feelings of nausea that come with the taking of the supplement.

INGREDIENTS & FURTHER INFORMATION
CONCENTRATION OF BCAAS
The blend of ingredients that has found to be most effective in BCAAs is a mixture of 2:1:1 of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, respectively. This means that a 1.5-gram serving of BCAAs will contain 750mg Leucine and 375mg of each Isoleucine and Valine. Supplements should be stored in an area that is both dry and cool and away from the light.
BCAAs have a grainy look and a white coloration. They are bitter in taste and are totally insoluble. The powder can be administered effectively by sprinkling on a meal, but since it is so bitter, the most common preference is to blend the supplement into some kind of smoothie or fruit-based puree.
BCAA SIDE EFFECTS
People that introduce BCAAs into their system too rapidly have reported experiencing fatigue, muscle stress and muscle pains; this should subside if introduced in smaller amounts and over time, rather than all at once. Although there are no known drug interactions associated with the supplement, it may be wise to first discuss use with a physician. This supplement should be taken in lower doses than recommended if liver and kidney issues are of a concern.
During exercise, it is common to consume Branch Chain Amino Acids combined with a fast-release carbohydrate such as Dextrose or Maltodextrin. This is designed to prevent fatigue and thus improve athletic performance. BCAAs also stack well with L-Glutamine: together they form an unbeatable muscle-preserving duo.
Branch Chain Amino Acids have been well researched and are a safe supplement. We already consume them daily in our natural diet, and there is no known toxicity of Branch Chain Amino Acids. In addition, there are no known bans or restrictions in regard to supplementing with Branch Chain Amino Acids.
This is a capsuled product.
BCAA supplementation, to me, is critical for bodybuilding. Especially while going through a cut. I supplement with several grams of BCAA a day and these capsules are by far the best value and quality that money can buy. A few throughout the day is just what I need to achieve my goals.
Great service and last shipping from Bulk Supplements too - Won't be shopping else where. *

I've used the raw powder in the past, which is usually pretty horrible tasting. However, the capsules are much more convenient. No more bad after-taste! These a great deal too for the money too.*

Fortunately it doesn't actually taste the way it smells and is pretty easy to swallow.
I actually take a little less than the recommended because I get a pretty powerful boost from it. I'm considering pairing it with Theanine to help take a bit of the edge off.*

I love how there are different sizes, amounts, powder or capsules. Bulksupps are the BEST! I can't say that I noticed any significant difference supplementing with BCAAs over the past 2 days, but I have been reading about their benefit and if you are thinking about using them to perform your own thorough research then try it out to see if it suits your purposes. *
