Ashwagandha
Been trying this for about a week or two and so far I have had a positive experience. I'm sleeping a little better and I feel as though my overall mood has improved slightly. It's still early in my experience with this product, but I can safely say I have had no negative effects.

It is not the easiest to dissolve in liquid and does have a strong flavor, but it does not make it difficult to take.

I have nothing but positive things to say Bulk Supplements. They ship fast and reliable, and I have recommended them to several co-workers who also have had nothing but positive experiences.*

Great delivery and taste
This is my first time trying Ashwagandha extract and I'm still feeling out the effectiveness. Still as always, the delivery was great. As others have mentioned. the product taste is pretty good too. It has a slight nutty taste to it which I don't mind at all. Great straight or added to oatmeal. *

Great Days
I do not consider myself a person with anxiety but I am rather high strung. I'm usually mindful of my mental state throughout the day and average was the usual. However, when I took ashwagandha, the days were more pleasant. There's no huge effect and all of the differences in the day were minor but taking this supplement made things just a bit more enjoyable. If only there was a more palletable way to take it!*

Very Good Product - Not sure of potency yet
I have taken Ashwagandha powder in the past, and found the Bulk Supplements version to have a surprisingly sweet, nutty flavor in comparison to other powders I've used. I took it straight and mixed with a milk in the morning and before bedtime. Very nice.

I don't feel this is as strong a formulation as I've had in the past from other companies, in flavor or effect. It's certainly pleasant though, especially when taken before bedtime with a half cup of warm full fat milk. I fall asleep like a baby...

I was interested in taking this to help with stress and anxiety, and at this point the jury is out on whether this helps me out with that.

As always, Bulk Sup has fast delivery and the pricing on this is great!

Ashwagandha
I just started taking Ashwagandha as an anti-inflammatory after a knee scope for arthritis. Way to young for this! I changed up my eating to an anti-inflammatory diet at the same time. Not sure which is doing what, but I have more energy and have already started to lose a little weight. Knee is slowly healing.

I mix mine into my morning smoothie with veggie protein powder, frozen tart cherries and supplements. Doesn't change the flavor of my drink. I will keep using this. *

Ashwagandha
This is the first time using Ashwagandha. I didn't realize the antiinflammatory qualities of this product. I purchased for other reasons. I have a bad wrist that was bothering me when the AE came. Within a few days I noticed my rings loosened and the soreness was going away. I'll continue to use it for sure.*
