This extract is taken out at a 4:1 ratio, meaning that for every four parts of Alfalfa, one part is extracted, making this a highly concentrated solution. There are no fillers of any kind present in this solution, which comes as a fine, brown powder.
ALFALFA SIDE EFFECTS
Provided suggested serving sizes are adhered to, this supplement should be safe to take by healthy adults. However, those with autoimmune diseases or pregnant/nursing women should not take this product. Because Alfalfa can act similarly to estrogen, do not take if you have a hormone-sensitive condition.
