Odd as it may seem I make a porridge type of smoothie. I cook the oats, linseed meal, chia seeds, lecithin, half an apple, and a bit of salt. I let it cool for a little, then whiz it through the blender. It breaks down the chia seeds better, and it blends the apple right through the porridge. I've added the Acai powder to my porridge blend. Ab-so-lutely lovely. You have to brush your teeth soon after though - purple teeth is not a good look. But the Acai tastes nice, and is such a massive source of antioxidants. I'm delighted. *

There are so many amazingly good benefits to Acai it would take me all day to type them! I was buying these in pill form paying way too much when I found that Bulksupplements sold it in powder form! I was so ecstatic! I absolutely adore Bulksupplements! I tell every client of mine they must check them out! The price is really good for the amount and the quality you get! If you were like me overpaying for pills you won't be sorry for switching! *

OK, Don't think I can actually pronounce this the way it was termed, but perhaps one shan't try, or maybe one oughtn't to? All I know is I daren't try, because once it got into my system, I felt so good, any which way but loose is how I take this bad boy! This swirls well, smells with a resplendent, and boy, does it taste goooood, good to the last good drop. It did give me some energy, but I bet inly, the effects to all that good stuff I have been so bad to over the years are definitely - Thanking me, not so for attempting to say this wild strange berry, but for consuming it!! Oh Yeah! Loving every second of it! *
